Scope of Work:

• Demoed existing penthouse coolers in warehouse area, existing exhaust fans and roof top package units in office area
• Inspected and repaired existing heat pump with new belts, pulleys and control board
• Install 12 new 12.5-ton and 2 new 20-ton roof top units with factory curbs mounted to structure
• Installed new Concentrics in warehouse and rectangular in office area
