HACI’s state of the art facility utilizes the latest computer aided drafting (CAD), and a computer aided
manufacturing (CAM) system to integrate the BIM (Building information Modeling) HVAC drawings into
HACI’s automated manufacturing process. This integrated process ensures your project is manufactured
and installed on time, in the most efficient manner.

Our manufacturing and office facilities are located on 3 acres in North – Central Phoenix. Our 30,000 square foot automated manufacturing facility allows us to produce an average of 1.25 million pounds of fabricated duct work per year for distribution to projects in the state of Arizona. With our manufacturing and storage capabilities we are able to prove “on-time” material deliveries to preserve the project schedule.
