efficient operation of the facility. HACI has worked well with independent commissioning agents to
ensure a timely, thorough completion and certification of the project. If the project does not require
independent commissioning, our in- house start-up/commissioning provides a cost effective solution
which still ensures the project is operating at the designed efficiency.
