Scope of Work:

• Completely removed and replaced existing HVAC heating and cooling system
• Including new sheet metal square and round ductwork, fan coil units, condensing units, and mini split systems for critical equipment areas
• Installed non-ferrous mechanical duct system for new MRI rooms
• Including placement of owner supplied chiller with associated chilled water supply and return piping as required
