Exhaust System Installation

Scope of Work:

• Installed exhaust system for the 48-weld booth classrooms at UTI Avondale Campus
• System included 33,000 cfm exhaust fan, Statiflex Filter bank and duct work rated for 6-10″ WC negative pressure
• Installed 4 spark arrestors in main duct lines
• Each booth has an 8″ articulating exhaust collector arm with sensors to open dampers as booths are in use
• Installed 4 down draft tables with plasma grid and 1 fume hood
• Installed weld gasses and compressed air lines to weld booth, tables and hood
