Unit Replacements
Scope of Work:
- Replaced (20) units at (5) different sites
- Installed (2) units at the primary school on existing curbs
- Some curb adapters were used to fit new units to existing curbs
- Replaced electrical disconnects and whips at all locations
- Installed programmable WiFi thermostats with protective boxes
- Replaced gas and drain piping back to roof deck
- Started and tested new units in cooling and heat
- Structural review was completed by district
