Scope of Work:

• Installed 60 ton air cooled chiller
• Installed 5M BTU gas fired boiler
• Installed compressed air plant
• Installed all mechanical piping & pumps for the systems
• Installed closed loop filters, wax product conveyor system, motor controllers, temp. sensors, & (5) new VFD’s
• Installed (4) chilled water fan coil units/piping/duct
