Control Tower AP Chiller, Fan Coil and Split System Replacement

Scope of Work:

• Replaced (1) 25 ton air cooled chiller
• Replaced (5) fan coil units and (3) mini splits in tower
• Provided new chilled water piping to fan coils including control valves
• New chillers were reconnected to existing piping and power
• New mini splits were installed in the cab with existing piping and power
• Replaced the pumps and pump piping on a change order
• Chillers were factory started and tested
• Started and tested the remainder of the equipment
