HVAC Renovations

Scope of Work:

• Campus: Replaced the current underground piping with new 4 pipe system on roof
• Campus: Installed steel canopy structure to pipeline crossover
• Boiler Room: Replaced (2) existing gas fired boilers and relocated new gas fired boilers next to the cooling towers
• Mechanical Room: Replaced (2) CHW and (2) HHW pumps with VFD’s
• Auditorium: Replaced (2) air handlers
• Auditorium – ALT: Replaced (3) fan coils
• 700 Building: Replaced zone electric re-heat with HHW coils
• Mechanical Yard: Replaced hot water boxes on the (2) cooling towers
