History
Mike has over 25 years of experience in all areas of mechanical contracting. He began his career as a field installer, progressed through project management and is currently the Vice President of Pre-Construction. Mike possesses practical experience in design, cost saving analysis, system alternative design, estimating/installation of HVAC, plumbing, and process piping systems throughout Arizona.

Current Assignment and Responsibilities
Mike is responsible for the bidding, negotiations, cost budgeting/analysis and organization of the estimating department for HACI Mechanical. Regarding 6th Street Mixed-Use; He will be an active participant in all design completion meetings, value engineering concept presentations and costing as well as assist with schedule and construction sequencing. Mike will work in tandem with the Project Manager, Superintendents, Design Team at Sundt to provide timely/effective cost and time savings concepts for the project.
