Scope of Work:

• Modifications of existing chilled water plant from water cooled chillers to air cooled chillers
• Removed (2) 450 ton cooling towers
• Removed (2) 300 ton indoor water cooled chillers
• Relocated (1) 300 ton chiller
• Furnished new chilled water mechanical yard on premises
• Furnished and installed (2) new 300 ton air cooled chillers with new supply & return chilled water piping
