Scope of Work:

• Demo of 10,000 Lf of Steel and Copper Chilled Water and Hot Water Piping
• Replaced existing piping with Aquatherm PP-R piping system
• Fire caulking and insulation as required
• Drywall demo, repair and painting
• Stucco demo, repair and painting
• Acoustical ceiling demo and replacement
