Safety

HACI Mechanical Inc. employs two on-site OSHA 500 trainers to provide safety training based on each individual’s unique duties. These trainers provide jobsite inspections and monitor changes within the safety community to keep HACI up to date on new safety requirements. This ensures HACI operates safe jobsites and that the company’s safety goals are met. HACI is committed to having all Superintendents and Foremen achieve the OSHA 30 hour training card. All HACI field workers complete the OSHA 10 hour card, providing greater safety awareness on all jobsites.

Working together with our general contractors in providing a safe and healthy workplace is a cornerstone in our safety program. In 2006-2007, HACI was a subcontractor working for Hunt Construction Company when Hunt received the first VPP program awarded to a construction job site. We were partnered with Ryan Companies when they received their Sharp award in 2014, and with Brasfield and Gorrie at Raytheon when they received their VPP in 2018.
