Transit Chiller and Pump Replacements

Scope of Work:

• Removed a 400 ton chiller and two chilled water pumps
• Installed (3) 125 ton chillers and (2) chilled water pumps
• The (3) chillers were piped together with space available to add one more
• Upgrades were made to electrical and controls to accommodate the new units
• Chilled and condenser piping were reconnected to existing building systems
• Added a new exhaust system and refrigerant monitoring system
• New chiller was factory started and programmed
• System was independently tested and balanced
